Terms of Service

Spirevent is a platform for organising conferences and events: call for papers, agenda, registrations, ticketing, communications and related tooling, available at spirevent.com. By creating an account or registering for an event you agree to these terms.

You can sign in with a magic link sent to your email or with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to your mailbox and Google account secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

Events, submissions, and other content you publish remain yours. You grant us the licence needed to host and display that content to the audiences you choose (e.g. a public event page). You are responsible for having the right to publish what you upload, and for the data you collect from your own attendees as an organiser.

No illegal content, spam, abuse of other users, attempts to breach security, or scraping of personal data. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or its users at risk.

The service is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it available and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding a claim.

You can delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with an updated effective date. See also our Privacy Policy.
